Hi guys! I finally started shooting again and I’m so glad. I feel a lot better and I’m getting back on track with everything. So last time I filled you in I think I told you that I went to get x-rays because I was having really bad chest pain. Well, I ended up getting a lung infection too…so more antibiotics. It also made (and still makes) me really tired because it’s hard to breathe and doing normal things just wears me out. I went to my doctor this last week though and he said both of the infections look like they are getting better. It’s just going to take time until I feel all the way better. I definitely feel WAY better than the last few weeks and I finally finish all of my antibiotics tomorrow!
I wanted to share this amazingly gorgeous blouse from Johnny Was Clothing with you today. Their embroidery is my favorite part, which is all created from scratch by their designers. They gather their inspiration from all over the world. The ‘Sakura Poncho’ that I am wearing was inspired by a Japanese painting that the head designer loves. This is the perfect top for summer because it is loose, flowy, light, and the colors used in the embroidery are beautiful. It’s just like wearing art.
I also have to tell you about the Claire Bucket Bag I’m carrying from Ora Delphine. The shape is totally on trend right now, and I love the side zippers for quick access to on-the-go items. The leather is incredible soft, so you can just cinch it and go! You should also check out the other colors, and their other styles! I love this brown because it’s so versatile, but they have some great stand out colors.
Last, but not least, the last week or so my headaches finally went away, so I was able to do a lot of reading. I posted them below, but take a look at some of my recent reads! I highly recommend Paper Towns, by John Green and I’m really interested to see the movie now. I heard the ending is a lot different than the book so I need to go see is asap! I just started Sarah’s Key by Tatiana de Rosnay, but here are some of the other ones I finished: Gathering Blue by Lois Lowery, Divergent by Veronica Roth, and a quick fun mystery, The Melody Lingers On by Mary Higgins Clark.
